The Remember me feature uses a cookie in your browser to remember who you are so you don't have to enter your login name and password each time you log in. You should only use the Remember me feature on systems which are secure, such as on your desk at home, on your desk at work, or on your personal password-protected laptop computer. Never use Remember me on a system that is in a public location such as an FBO, hotel business center, or Internet cafe. The Remember me feature will not work if you have cookies disabled in your browser.
If another Enflight user wants to "borrow" your system and log in under their own account, you must first click the Logout link on the menu bar to return to the login page. If the guest user logs in with Remember me checked, the guest's login name and password will be remembered and yours will be forgotten.
If you click the Logout link, the system will clear any association in this browser to an Enflight login name.
Each user account can be remembered on two web devices and a single pda device (for example 1 laptop, 1 desktop, and 1 phone). Logging in with Remember Me on an additional device invalidates the older cookies.
If you change your password on Enflight, the Remember me information on all computers will be invalidated and you'll need to log in with your login name and new password. For security reasons, Enflight may clear the Remember me feature for your browser if you don't log in for a number of months. You'll then need to use your login name and password to access Enflight.
The Remember me feature is implemented in a secure manner - your password is not actually stored on your system - instead, an "opaque identifier" is used that refers to information in Enflight's database.
